The LEVAS AGM is scheduled for 15th March 2021. Whilst there cannot be a meeting as normal this year it is essential that the normal protocols are maintained as far as possible.
Members are reminded that Rule 3e) clearly states the deadline for the submission of items to be considered by the AGM is 14 days ahead of the meeting.
Please ensure any such items are submitted IN WRITING (email is fine, email@example.com) to the Secretary, David Kent, NO LATER THAN 4 pm on Monday 1st March.
On 15th March the Committee plus some non-committee members will be circulated the full Agenda by email and be asked to indicate For or Against each item as appropriate. The outcomes will then be implemented, or not, just as they would be at a "live" meeting.
