Due to continuing Covid-19 lockdown all renewals/applications to Mick Lager, 33 Roosevelt Avenue, LONG EATON NG10 3GD
Please complete the “Renewal/Application Form” and post it to Mick enclosing SAE and appropriate membership fee.
If you are unable to print the form or if you have no cheque book or cannot get to a Post Office (for a Postal Order) and need to use a bank transfer you MUST ring Mick first to make the alternative arrangements.
Similarly, if you require a Concessionary Membership you will need to enclose a copy of your current Environment Agency Concessionary Rod Licence.
If you have to ring Mick please ensure you do so between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday ONLY.
