MESSAGE FROM HEAD BAILIFF - PAUL WHEELDON

I have just got back from a walk around the Pond.  It is looking good again now.  Thanks to Rob for sweeping all of the pegs to remove mud and debris.

Grange Pond will be open as usual from today (Monday 14 March).

There are a few pegs that have a little bit of water on them and that are muddy behind the pegs, i.e. pegs 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 26, 27.  Please try not to fish these pegs until they have dried out more as I don't want to have to close pegs that get too muddy.  Try to keep on the platforms and off the bankside.

Please take care walking round to pegs as the pathways are still very muddy in places.

Also, a quick reminder that the PIKE SEASON FINISHES TODAY on all our waters.
