In accordance with Society Rule 3 (e):

Any member wishing to have any business included on the AGM Agenda MUST submit such business (in writing) to the General Secretary NO LATER THAN MID-DAY ON 2ND MARCH 2026.

The member will also be required to attend the AGM.
